Our Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Sleeping bags (unless defective)
  • Liners and blankets (unless defective)
  • Inflatable mattresses (unless defective)
  • Pillows (unless defective)
  • Bivi sacks (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
