Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Flat rate: £12.95

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders over £50

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Sleeping bags
  • Liners and blankets
  • Inflatable mattresses
  • Pillows
  • Bivi sacks

How to Return an Item

  5. Ship your return to our warehouse (address provided in confirmation)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchange Process

  • Replacement shipped after original item is received and inspected
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you pay more for upgrades, receive refund for downgrades)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
